Clarification Please

Why is there live music coming from the warehouse connected to my office? I hear a guitar and drums.

Does it turn into some sort of club after 6 pm?

Update: There is now singing. Harmonizing. "Don't Let Me Down" by The Beatles. I'm so confused.
