Me: I'm nervous. I feel like I'm going to puke.
Les: But you look FANTASTIC today! So if you do puke, at least you'll look great doing it.
Me: Thanks.
Les: That's what I'm here for.
PS - I didn't puke, pass out or accidentally say something inappropriate today on the panel. However, I did do a lot of talking with my hands and say "um" several hundred times (I wasn't counting, but that sounds about right).
