Explanation

Can anyone explain to me why I hate ALL beans (green, baked, refried...all) but I love, even crave, edamame? Soy beans, really? Of all the beans out there, I would never have guessed that I would like the soy variety.

Any ideas?

It is because you need to try the other beans again. You have gone on so long "hating all beans" that you need to give them a try again now that you found one you like.

Beans, Beans, the magical fruit...the more you eat the more you toot! The more you toot, the better you feel...Let's have beans for every meal!

Oh yeah, you don't like farting contests...so, maybe you should eat beans at work.

I do not agree with Lindsay's assessment. Soy beans do not have the same texture as most beans and are therefore delicious. I'm sticking to it!
